These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter the « Terms ») govern access to the Solis Paris website as well as all orders placed with Solis Paris. Any order placed on the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Products<\/h2>\n\n\n

The essential characteristics of the products sold are presented on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n

Photographs, illustrations and descriptions are provided for guidance only.<\/p>\n\n\n

Products made of brass or other natural materials may show slight variations in shade, texture, polishing, brushing or patina. Such variations do not constitute a lack of conformity.<\/p>\n\n\n

The dimensions stated may be subject to slight manufacturing tolerances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n

Confirming an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.<\/p>\n\n\n

The order is deemed definitively accepted once payment has been validated and confirmation has been sent by e-mail.<\/p>\n\n\n

Solis Paris reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of exceptional unavailability, an obvious error, suspected fraud or failure to comply with these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n

Any sums already paid will then be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Prices and payment terms<\/h2>\n\n\n

Prices are stated in euros, including all taxes.<\/p>\n\n\n

Delivery charges are shown before the order is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n

Payment is due immediately when the order is placed.<\/p>\n\n\n

Payments may be made by bank card via Stripe or by any other means offered on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Product availability<\/h2>\n\n\n

Products are offered while stocks last.<\/p>\n\n\n

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been confirmed, or in the event of a production delay, the customer will be informed and, where applicable, refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n

Orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n

The lead times stated include, where applicable, manufacturing, assembly and dispatch times.<\/p>\n\n\n

They are given for guidance only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Bespoke and personalised products<\/h2>\n\n\n

Some products may be made to measure or personalised at the customer’s request.<\/p>\n\n\n

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised are not covered by the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n

Orders for such products are firm and final.<\/p>\n\n\n

Statutory warranties remain applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n

Subject to the provisions of Article 8, consumer customers have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products in which to exercise their right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n

Returned products must be complete, unused and in their original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n

Except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product, return shipping costs remain payable by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n

Items returned incomplete or damaged may be refused a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. Defective products and statutory warranties<\/h2>\n\n\n

Products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, under the conditions provided for by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12. Product installation<\/h2>\n\n\n

Some products require installation that complies with the standards in force.<\/p>\n\n\n

For electrical equipment, Solis Paris recommends that a qualified professional carries out the work.<\/p>\n\n\n

Solis Paris may not be held liable for damage resulting from incorrect or non-compliant installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

13. Retention of title<\/h2>\n\n\n

Products remain the property of Solis Paris until the price has been paid in full.<\/p>\n\n\n

Risk is transferred on delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14. Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n

Subject to the mandatory legal provisions applicable to consumers, Solis Paris may only be held liable for direct damage resulting from a breach attributable to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

15. Use of the website<\/h2>\n\n\n

Any reproduction, extraction, copying or exploitation of the website’s content without prior authorisation is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n
